RIP Malaysia, A Failed State of Anarchy

Published April 24, 2009 Leave a Comment

Pic adapted from

The following article from Malaysia Today is a must read for all!

Malaysia  –  A State of Anarchy

What is our beloved Malaysia coming to? Malaysia has become a country where people tried for murder, and is proven to be involved in that murder, is acquitted and no appeal is made by the IGP, the Attorney General, or the DPP.

st1:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) }

Instead (a blogger and a highly respected PATRIOT), Raja Petra’s release from ISA is appealed, and he is further hounded and sought by the authorities to be placed under a fresh ISA arrest warrant, and fresh charges of treason to be made against the Conscience of Malaysia.

This time, with the Government under Najib, it looks like they are playing for keeps, as a conviction for treason will be a capital crime, resulting in Raja Petra being executed. It looks like the Malaysian Government led by Najib wants to silence Raja Petra once and for all.

Raja Petra is absolutely correct to “disappear” as he, nor I or any right-thinking Malaysian, have even an iota of confidence in our Legal “System” and (pre)Judiciary any more after the Perak Constitutional crisis debacle and the most recent statement by the Cabinet on the subject matter of religious conversion.

I have advised him in many comments in Malaysia Today articles to “disappear” so that he can continue to fight the good battle for Malaysia & Malaysians from the safety of his sanctuary, wherever that may be.

Certainly remaining safe and continuing the Rakyat’s Struggle will be much more effective than languishing listlessly in a Kamunting ISA cell, or swinging lifelessly on the end of a noose.

The state of the Judiciary is utterly deplorable, with the Federal Court trespassing into the Perak Legislature’s territory when by Law, by Constitution, and by case history, they have no jurisdiction whatsoever on Legislative matters. I believe the penalty for going against the Constitution is Death – as going against the Malaysian Constitution is TREASON. Therefore, all 5 Federal Court judges who sat and ruled against the Malaysian Constitution should be hung by the neck, until death!

This does not end here. The saga continues with the Cabinet making a decision on religious conversions and interfering and trespassing on the powers of the Judiciary!

What is Malaysia coming to? A cowboy country where the Law of the Land is through the barrel of a gun? Where Might is right? Is this a Malaysia that we Malaysians can be proud of? Is this what we want our children and grandchildren to inherit from us?

From all these events, and the fact that both the Defense and Prosecution were working hard in court to keep out a certain politician’s involvement in the Altantuya case, which is so plain for all to see, the conclusion is clear.

Malaysia, under the despotic rule of the Barisan Nasional for 50 plus years, under the dictatorial rule of Mahathir for 22 plus years, and now under the thumb of Najib, has proverbially gone to the dogs. It is PATRIOTS like Raja Petra & Zaid Ibrahim, who give hope to upstanding and fearless citizens of Malaysia that we will have a chance of cleaning up the Aegean stables together.

But first, we have a Herculean task ahead of us as we chart out the course of the river to run through the stables, and wash out 50 plus years of scum and dirt.

It is time to rise up and be counted, in any way that we can, in any way that you see fit. Come out and support Raja Petra in his endeavour to rid Malaysia of all its ills accumulated over these last 50 years, and bring back true Justice, Equality, Freedom, a truly independent Judiciary that only has Judges of impeccable integrity, and the separation of powers, upholding the Constitution in all its glory.

Malaysia in its present state is in a state of anarchy where Might is right. What we need and want is a Malaysia where Right is might, and Justice is served by carrying not only the letter of the Law, but also the Spirit of the Law. This can only be done with the removal of the Barisan Nasional Government, and the voting in of the better alternative, Pakatan Rakyat.

Let the powers-that-be know that we Malaysians want back Malaysia and not for BN to turn Malaysia into a Zimbabwe. And let them know that we are solidly supportive of Raja Petra, no matter how the Government and its minions want to demonize him … wear the RPK T-shirts with pride wherever we go, everywhere we go!

Long Live Raja Petra Kamarudin! If we could vote in the Agong, Raja Petra would be my first and ONLY choice!

Dear Editor,

As you know, I am an avid watcher of Malaysian affairs. I must confess
that lately, Malaysia appears to be failing. Not a day passes by
without more events that clearly highlight Malaysia ‘s race-religion
fault-line. If things keep going this way, I fear for Malaysia ‘s

Today, schools in Singapore celebrate Racial Harmony Day. I can
visibly see the joy in the children’s faces as they wear their ethnic
costumes and have fun together at school. But in Malaysia – even the
right to choose a religion has become a sensitive, national issue. No
doubt, there are many in Malaysia who hate my liberal views on Islam,
family included. But I will say what I must say openly. I have come to
the conclusion that Malaysia cannot progress any further without first
addressing fundamental questions regarding its identity and soul.
I remember the days when we can laugh at Lat’s cartoons on everyday
Malaysian life. But sadly, the Islamic tide has polarised Malaysians.
Some people ask why I should bother about Malaysian affairs since I am
a Singaporean. May I remind Malaysians that it was Tan Siew Sin who
once said that Singapore and Malaysia are Siamese Twins. Should
Malaysia go down – it would hurt the region tremendously. Especially
Singapore …

Where do you think Malay apostates would head for if Lina Joy loses
her case? Singapore of course! I find the Malaysian Malay to be very
under-exposed. For them, it’s all Islam and the NEP and everything
under the sun would sort itself out. I am sorry to say this – but
Islam and the NEP may be the cause of the undoing of the Malaysian

There is nothing wrong with religion or affirmative action. But, like
everything else in life, they must be taken in moderation and with a
pinch of salt. A little doubt is good. Unfortunately in Malaysia ,
emotions over Islam have overcome reason. What we see today is the
result of the NEP and Islamisation policies of the past thirty years
or so.

No one owes Malaysian Malays a living. Let me assure you that should
Malaysia fail – the Malaysian Malay will suffer enormously. And
rightly so. After all – they have been pampered with all sorts of
goodies over the years. They cannot now expect more goodies. Perhaps
the day of reckoning for them, is near. Whatever it is, Malaysia had
better wake up to the realities around her. The globalised world of
the 21st century has no NEP to offer the Malaysian Malay. And humans
cannot live by religion alone.

KUALA LUMPUR: Police have denied allegations of detainee abuse allegedly shown in a video clip which has been posted on several blogs.

The clip purportedly shows a man being assaulted by several uniformed men in a room.

“After viewing the clip, it is clear that the uniforms do not belong to police personnel at all,” said the Bukit Aman police headquarters in a press statement yesterday.

Police said concrete steps were being taken to ensure that detainee abuse does not occur.

Teacher caught naked with boyfriend gets the sack

Teacher caught naked with boyfriend gets the sack

A KINDERGARTEN teacher lost her job after she was caught naked with her boyfriend at the kindergarten for a second time, reported Harian Metro.

The kindergarten operator caught the couple sleeping naked on a mattress at the premises in Setapak at about 3am.

It was the second time the 30-something-year-old teacher was caught in the act.

The tabloid reported that the owner had merely advised the teacher when she was caught with the man, the first time.

When it happened again, the owner decided to sack the teacher. The owner lodged a police over the incident as a precaution.

The woman had also lodged a police report after being sacked by her employer.

> The tabloid also reported on an incident where a 40-year-old man was bashed up by villagers in Balok in Kuantan, for allegedly raping his 14-year-old daughter.

The villagers found out about the alleged incest after the victim confided to some friends about her ordeal which started in December.

The villagers surrounded the unemployed man’s house and beat him up. They then handed him over to the police for further action. Kuantan deputy OCPD Sup Zulkifli Taha said the man had been remanded for seven days to facilitate investigation.

The victim was sent to the Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital for a medical check up.

> Kosmo! highlighted attempts by certain people to revive the Qadiani teaching.

The teaching which originated from Pakistan had been declared deviant since early 1975 although complaints about it had started from as early as the 50s.

It is reported that the teaching has attracted over 200 million followers worldwide and is very strong financially, as well as having its own web TV.

The teaching is said to be spreading very fast in Selayang and local community leaders are worried as many of its practices were similar to Islam.
